How to Create and Share an Invoice

Follow these steps to generate a professional invoice and share it with your customers.

  1. Navigate to Invoicing: click on the Invoicing tab in the left-hand menu, then click the New Invoice button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Customer: In the customer field, type the first few letters of the client’s name to search and select them from the dropdown list.
  3. Set Dates: Choose the Invoice Date and the Due Date.
  4. Add Products:
    • Click Add Line Item.
    • Select a product from your inventory list.
    • Adjust the Quantity as needed.
    • Repeat this step to add multiple products to a single invoice.
  5. Save Invoice: Once all items are added, click the Save Invoice button to finalize the document.
  6. Share or Print: After saving, you will see options to:
    • Download PDF: Save the file to your device for printing or archiving.
    • Share via WhatsApp: Send the invoice link directly to your customer’s WhatsApp for instant delivery.
