How to Use the Job Role Simulator

Gain valuable insight into how a hiring manager or recruiter perceives your application before you even hit “send.” This tool simulates the evaluation process to give you a competitive edge.

  1. Navigate to Job Role Simulator: Click on the Job Role Simulator tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Enter Details:
    • Target Job Title: Enter the specific role you are targeting (e.g., “Product Manager”).
    • Resume Content: Copy and paste the full text of your current resume into the text box.
  3. Simulate: Click the Simulate Rating button.
  4. Review Your Analysis: Within a few seconds, the AI will generate a simulated recruiter report containing:
    • Match Percentage Score: A numerical rating estimating your fit for the role.
    • Recruiter’s View: A summary of the key pros and cons a human recruiter would likely notice.
    • Missing Skills: A list of specific qualifications or keywords that would increase your rating if added.
