How to Use AI Smart Reordering #
Save time on inventory planning by using AI to analyze your historical order data and generate intelligent reorder suggestions.
- Locate Low Stock Items:
- Navigate to the Dashboard Home page.
- Look for the Low Stock Items section.
- Note: Products automatically appear in this list when their stock quantity drops below 5.
- Generate Suggestions:
- Click the Get Reorder Suggestions button.
- The AI will analyze your sales history and current stock velocity to recommend the optimal quantity to order.
- Create the Order:
- Review the suggestions provided by the system.
- Click Create Purchase Order to instantly draft a new PO based on these recommendations.
- Finalize:
- The system will take you to the Purchase Order screen. Verify the details and click Save PO to finalize the order.
