Follow these steps to generate a professional invoice and share it with your customers.
- Navigate to Invoicing: click on the Invoicing tab in the left-hand menu, then click the New Invoice button in the top-right corner.
- Select Customer: In the customer field, type the first few letters of the client’s name to search and select them from the dropdown list.
- Set Dates: Choose the Invoice Date and the Due Date.
- Add Products:
- Click Add Line Item.
- Select a product from your inventory list.
- Adjust the Quantity as needed.
- Repeat this step to add multiple products to a single invoice.
- Save Invoice: Once all items are added, click the Save Invoice button to finalize the document.
- Share or Print: After saving, you will see options to:
- Download PDF: Save the file to your device for printing or archiving.
- Share via WhatsApp: Send the invoice link directly to your customer’s WhatsApp for instant delivery.
