The Settings menu is the administrative heart of your workspace. It consists of four key tabs that allow you to manage security, team access, billing, and content organization.
1. Profile (Security) #
Manage your personal login credentials.
- Change Password: Use this tab to securely update your account password. Enter your current password followed by your new choice to save changes.
2. Users (Team Management) #
Control who has access to your workspace and manage their permissions.
Inviting a New Member:
- Enter Email: In the email field, type the email address of the person you wish to invite.
- Send Invite: Click the Send Invite button.
- Acceptance: The system will send an email to the invited member. They must check their inbox and click the acceptance link to set up their account and join your workspace.
Managing Existing Members: Locate the member in the user list and click the Three Dots (…) on the right side of their row to access management options:
- Make Admin: Grants the user full administrative privileges (including settings and user management).
- Remove User: Revokes access and removes the user from the workspace immediately.
3. Billing (Subscription) #
Oversee your financial relationship with TeamHub.
- Current Plan: View details of your active subscription tier.
- Manage Subscription: Use this option to upgrade your plan, update payment methods, or view billing history.
4. Categories (Playbook Organization) #
Define the organizational structure for your Playbooks (SOPs). You must set up categories here before you can assign them to documents.
How to Create a New Category:
- Enter Name: Type the name of the category (e.g., HR Policies, IT Security, Onboarding).
- Select an Icon: TeamHub uses the Lucide Icons library for visual consistency.
- Step A: Visit the library at https://lucide.dev/icons/.
- Step B: Search for an icon that fits your category.
- Step C: Copy the exact icon name (e.g.,
briefcase,shield-check,file-text). - Step D: Paste this name into the icon box in TeamHub.
- Save: Click the button to add the category to your system.
