Understanding the TeamHub Dashboard

The TeamHub dashboard acts as your central command center, giving you an immediate, high-level view of your organization’s resources, legal commitments, and operational readiness.

1. Key Metrics (At-a-Glance) #

The top section features four dedicated cards that provide a real-time count of your core resources:

  • Total Contracts: The total number of active vendor agreements, client contracts, or service subscriptions currently stored in the system.
  • Total Assets: A complete count of physical and digital assets (laptops, software licenses, furniture, etc.) assigned to your team.
  • Total Playbooks: The number of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training guides, and process documents available in your library.
  • Total Members: The current headcount of users and team members with access to the hub.

2. Critical Alerts & Action Items #

Below the metrics, the dashboard highlights areas that require your immediate attention to prevent operational lapses:

  • Upcoming Renewals: A prioritized list of contracts or subscriptions that are approaching their expiration date. Check this daily to avoid accidental service cancellations or auto-renewals you intended to cancel.
  • Expiring Warranties: Tracks assets whose warranty coverage is ending soon. Use this insight to plan for extended warranty purchases or hardware replacements.
  • Stale Playbooks: Identifies documentation that hasn’t been updated recently.
    • > Why this matters: Keeping playbooks fresh ensures your team is always following the latest processes and compliance standards.
